Her experience includes investment and real estate advisory, representing both project developers and private clients, as well as advising growing businesses and hospitality operators on corporate structuring, governance, compliance, and long-term business planning. Among her notable engagements was the operational audit and governance restructuring of a family-owned hospitality group during its transition into an institutional-scale hotel business.
She possesses particular expertise in legal risk analysis for foreign investment in Thailand, especially in relation to real estate, corporate structuring, shareholder arrangements, and cross-border tax planning strategies designed to support compliant and sustainable business operations.

In litigation matters, she has extensive experience in both civil and criminal business proceedings before Thai courts. She is also an authorized Notarial Services Attorney, regularly certifying legal documents for international and cross-border transactions.
She holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Law and has completed a number of advanced professional and business training programs. In keeping with her commitment to continual professional development, she most recently completed the Certificate Program in Arbitration conducted by Thammasat University.
